Vintage Craftsman Ratchet # -V-44978
I have for sale a rare, highly collectible Craftsman Ratchet.
Out of all the tools I've seen my dad use next to the hammer, this takes 2nd. place. I remember my father using this ratchet many times while working on cars. He was known for having every tool imaginable, he was a jack of all trades. On the ratchet it reads... Forged in USA -V- 44978 U.S. Pats. 3467231,3532013 Can.Patented-1971 It is 10" long, it has expected wear, does not have oil hole on top, but my dad always kept his tools well lubed. and still very functional.
