The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides assessment and clinical management of patients with advanced illness in the following settings: hospital inpatient and outpatient, extended care facilities, and in the patient’s home. This position provides direct patient care relative to physical diagnosis and therapeutic management in an ambulatory and/or inpatient setting to patients with complex medical conditions or surgical patients.
