Rinkov Eyecare Centers is hiring for our Call Center and Insurance Benefits department. As a member of this team, you will assist with all scheduling and/or insurance functions for our multi-location optometry practice. This position requires exemplary customer service and phone etiquette.
No experience is required, however you must have a positive outlook on life and be customer service focused.

Call Center Team Lead-Mid Shift (10:30pm to 7:00pm)
Supervise all activities of the callers in the call center
Listen to callers making calls and give immediate feedback - Sit with different callers throughout the shift and listen to them make and receive calls. As the caller is working, give them direction and feedback in an effort to improve the patient and doctors experience with DSI. Complete evaluations forms on each caller and provide a copy to the caller and the call center manager
Call Center Manager-Mid Shift (10:30-7)
Manage and supervise Call Center in all aspects including monitoring the training and the performance of callers. Establish and maintain motivation and incentive plan.
Manage call center staff of approximately 15 (and growing) customer service reps on pharmacy/insurance benefits information and all other types of call center activity
Be the Go-to Person for most difficult patient/physician inquiries; able to answer issues quickly and confidently
