Gravure Print Of Ralph Vaughan Williams By Yousuf Karsh
A Gravure print is a print made from an etched plate from the original image.
I have for sale an already matted and framed Gravure print of Ralph Vaughan Williams. This photo was taken by famous Photographer, Yousuf Karsh, Karsh was known as the Master of Photography.
Ralph Vaughan Williams Was born in 1872, he was an English Composer. His most famous composition know among Christians was the hymn tune, "Sine Nomine" written for the Hymn " For All The Saints" He was also the great great grandson of Josiah Wedgwood a famous Potter.
The print is 11 3/4" X 9", framed in a 11 X 14" acid free mat, the metal frame is 11 X 14. This frame does not come with hardware on the back for hanging, You need a metal picture stand, like the one used in the photos. This print would look nice on any shelf, cadenza or sofa table.
